Coffee Production
The Rwenzori region is renowned for its fertile volcanic soils, high altitudes, and favorable climate—perfect for growing both Arabica and Robusta coffee.
We work directly with our member farmers to cultivate coffee that meets international quality standards.
Our support includes:

Coffee Processing
After harvest, coffee cherries are brought to our processing stations, where they undergo careful sorting, pulping, drying, and grading. We use both wet and dry processing methods, depending on the bean type and buyer requirements.
Our processing strengths:
- Clean water-based washing stations
- Raised drying beds for uniform sun-drying
- Hulling, grading, and moisture control equipment
- Quality assurance systems for traceability and consistency
Coffee Marketing
We bridge the gap between smallholder farmers and the global coffee market. Our marketing efforts focus on value addition, fair pricing, and long-term buyer relationships.
We provide:
- Bulk green coffee export to international buyers
- Direct linkages with specialty roasters and cooperatives abroad
- Local packaging and branded products for the Ugandan market
- Certification and quality labeling (where applicable)
